Watervale has been the preferred neighbourhood Shopping Centre for locals since its doors opened in late 2010
The centre is a modern convenience based shopping centre with an enclosed climate controlled shopping mall. It is anchored by a full line Woolworths supermarket and Liquor store. Specialty shops within the centre largely trade onto the mall while some have external frontage to the centre’s 258+ space car park.
The Watervale Shopping Centre also includes a modern medical centre and associated pharmacy. In addition there are various specialty retailers providing a mix of food and retail services. Fit outs of all shops are modern and of a very high quality, conforming with strict design and build guidelines.
